This data is not transmitted to our servers and is not shared with other users.
If you delete the app, the locally stored data will also be removed.
To improve the app, we use the analytics tool PostHog (PostHog Inc.).
This may collect anonymized usage data, such as:
No content from your entries, no names, no email addresses, and no health data are transmitted.
The analytics are used solely to improve features and technically optimize the app.
